Ideas move
when people
connect.

Portrait of Taghrid Al Rifai

I’m Taghrid Al Rifai.

I bring programme management, MEAL, diplomacy, and strategic negotiation together to help organizations navigate complexity, build meaningful partnerships, and turn evidence into lasting impact.

Behind every
percentage is
a person.

For more than eleven years, my work has been guided by a simple belief: programmes matter most when people feel seen, heard, and supported. Across humanitarian and development contexts, I have had the privilege of listening to communities, working alongside committed teams, and helping meaningful ideas grow into action.

Behind every indicator is a lived experience, and behind every result is someone’s story. My background in International Law, Diplomacy, and Strategic Negotiations helps me enter complex spaces with care—bringing people together, building trust, and using evidence not only to measure change, but to make that change more human and lasting.

OUNTHA KHAREJ AL NASS

A book dedicated to every woman who chooses to define herself, challenge imposed roles, and write a path that is truly her own.

Writing is another dimension of my work: a space where identity, voice, inner strength, and the human experience can be explored beyond professional titles.

Making negotiation
useful in real life.

Through “Between Yes and No,” Diplomacy Playbook, and Impact Lens, I translate negotiation, diplomacy, and evidence into ideas people can use in daily and professional life.
